Yuri was gardening, so Victor needed to check it out. It's been hot here, so Victor was playing with the hose until he saw the mulch & top soil being towed with his wagon. He had to lend a hand -- he happily pulled the wagon all over the yard. He's very strong -- it was funny to watch him figure it out -- he got it down to the bottom of the hill & it tipped over -- we could hear him say "uh-oh" and start babbling to himself to figure out a solution. The solution was stamp your feet and hopefully a 'rent will come over & help a kid out.
