Well, actually is shakes & vibrates so much you think you are on a lawn mower from hell -- but afterwards, your feet really do feel great. My mom & I saw it & just had to see what it was all about. When it started, we started laughing -- tears -- laughing so hard we were coughing. When it was over, for the next 30 minutes or so, our feet really did feel better. Strange but true & worth the quarter.
